Ecotourism Australia has released the criteria for 2010 Gecko Awards. This year there are 4 award categories:
Tourism NT Ecotourism Award
Gumala Aboriginal Corporation Indigenous Tourism Award
Climate Action Tourism Award sponsored by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority
William Angliss EcoGuide Award of Excellence

Please your application to Ecotourism Australia by midnight Sunday 19th of September. Note that only electronic copies of submissions will be accepted.

The winner of each award will be announced during the Gala Awards Dinner at the Global Eco Conference on Wednesday 27th of October at Noosa, Queensland.

The winners will receive:
Return travelBrisbane/Maroochydore Airport
One ticket to the Gala Awards Dinner where you will be presented with your awards
Exposure on Ecotourism Australia's website and in media releases
The AWARD!
